Expanding Compass Concierge & Bridge Loan Services
Today, based on the resurgence we’re seeing in the real estate market, Compass has announced an expansion of Compass Concierge funds. The details of how we are increasing the funds to support are below.
With all of these enhancements to come and more that we haven’t even dreamed up yet, that the story of Compass Concierge and what we can offer sellers is just getting started… Here are a few screenshots of Compass Lens, new “favoriting” functionality, and the Concierge Project Tracker all coming this month.

- Continuing to offer up to $15,000 for Compass Concierge projects for all primary residences up to $3 million outside of 2nd home markets, with no interest and no hidden fees
- Reopening Compass Concierge on June 15th in the following 2nd home markets Hamptons, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carmel by the Sea, Napa, Naples, and Cape Cod
- Expanding Compass Concierge from $15,000 to $25,000 in markets where >80% of homes at or below $3 million sell within 12 months (list and status of eligible markets) — for a ~10% fee but only on the dollars used above $15,000. Every week we will evaluate which additional cities we can open based on the 80% threshold.
- Starting June 15th, Notable will allow exceptions so that Concierge funds can be transferred to a seller’s account by submitting a vendor invoice with the request.
