I've never met my sellers.  But they have the LARGEST hearts of anyone I've ever encountered. 

They owned 2 rentals in Big Bear City, both used as long term rentals for 6 and 20+ years.  I had been talking to them about the market and what they could get for them.  They finally decided that they would sell them.  Then they called that they wanted to sell them to the tenants...then they called that they wanted to sell them to the tenants for an incredible deal!
