Earl, Rhonda and I had a wild ride- 3 different escrows, the first 2 fell out for random reasons (nothing wrong with the home).  Each time we fell out of escrow:

1. We were slightly bummed 

2. We looked at the bright side and 

3. The next escrow always opened higher than the previous one.

We ended up getting $42,300 over the list price with a multiple offer situation and we finally closed!  CONGRATS to everyone on a job well done!
