We are super happy for Bruce, Cheryl and all the kiddos!  We were delayed in escrow for about a week, they were driving across the country when Bruce lost his wallet.  Without his wallet he couldn't get a notary to sell the house.  Guess what??

A Good Samaritan FOUND his wallet, sent it to him, Bruce found a traveling notary and we CLOSED!

I love it when we have small, manageable hurdles we can overcome with patient buyers and sellers!
